• Notification system - built a real-time in-app/email notification system with scheduling, instant event dispatch, and priority levels(urgent/standard). Added support for dynamic, actionable JSON payloads that render context-specific UI actions based on notification type. User-customizable settings for channels and types. Used for warehouse operations monitoring, including batch status tracking (picked/packing), fulfillment order cancellation requests, etc.
• Traceability Logs - built a user-facing event logging system to provide real-time visibility into fulfillment operations across multiple shops. Used Redis queues with idempotency checks and retries with exponential backoffs for reliable processing of fulfillment event logs across multiple shops. Used WebSocket communication for UI updates. Used for providing visibility into fulfillment operations for 10+ types of fulfillment events (cancellations, rescheduling, holds, etc.)
• Magento2 Integration - built an integration with Magento2 enabling synchronization of products, orders, and inventory between Magento2 shops and Cybership.(will bring customers in future)
• Built an intelligent rate-limiting manager for Shopify API calls that dynamically checks available API credits before making requests, waits when nearing limits, and retries with exponential backoffs on failures to ensure compliance with rate limit while maximizing throughput.
• Collaborated with team members to resolve bugs and implement system improvements.
